Hello, dear car owner!

Have you ever wondered how your four-wheeled friend could make money for you while you enjoy your daily life? Welcome to the world of GoMore! Our platform offers you the opportunity to rent out your car while feeling safe and secure. Sounds too good to be true? Let me convince you otherwise!

How can I be sure that the renter is trustworthy?

Imagine this: you hand over your car to a stranger and wonder if they even know what a clutch is. No need to worry! At GoMore, we verify every renter individually. Over the past 10 years, we have developed a thorough background check process, where decisions are not left to robots—real people check real people. Before a booking request reaches you, GoMore has already conducted a background check on the potential renter. Plus, as the car owner, you always have the final say and can decide who rents your car and how often.

But what if something happens to my car?

All privately rented cars are covered by comprehensive insurance. This means that if something unexpected happens during the rental period, you don’t have to empty your wallet—our insurance partner Omocom will take care of it according to the insurance terms. We have worked with Omocom to develop a special comprehensive insurance specifically for car-sharing, covering vehicles worth up to €100,000. The insurance includes coverage for damages, theft, rental fraud, fire, glass damage, and vehicle damage.

Additionally, roadside assistance is included. If a renter gets stranded in the middle of nowhere, they can call RedGo roadside assistance, so you won’t have to arrange late-night transport for both the car and the renter. The professionals will handle it for you!

And let’s not forget—our renters are actually very responsible, and incidents are extremely rare.

Who is responsible for speeding and parking fines?

We all know that sometimes a foot on the gas pedal can be a little too heavy, or a parking meter sign might go unnoticed. But don’t worry—the renter is responsible for any fines. If this happens, you have two options:

  1. Contact the renter directly via GoMore’s chat and discuss whether their morning takeaway coffee distracted them a little too much.

  2. Pay the fine to avoid late fees, then report it via the GoMore app. GoMore will verify the fine details, reimburse you as soon as possible, and handle the payment with the renter.

My car was returned dirty—who pays for the cleaning?

If your car comes back looking like it just survived a summer road trip with kids, the renter is responsible for cleaning it or covering the cleaning costs. According to our rental terms, renters must return the car in the same condition as they received it. However, we understand that accidents can happen even at the last minute before returning the car. You can contact the renter directly via our chat to agree on cleaning costs or report it to us, and we’ll help resolve the situation to get your car clean again. We also handle the payment process for cleaning costs.

As mentioned before, renters are very responsible and understand that they are using someone else’s personal property.
